Dr. Jerald D. Wishner, FACS, FASCRS who specializes in Minimally Invasive Surgery will discuss the latest updates in the medical and surgical management of chronic heartburn.  Options for both symptom control and resolution without the need for long-term treatment will be reviewed.

Dr. Wishner received his medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School.  Dr. Wishner completed his residency and internship at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hosptial Center.  He is fellowship trained in both Colorectal and Minimally Invasive Surgery.  Additionally, Dr. Wishner is highly skilled in Laparoscopic Surgery and was recently named Director of Colorectal Cancer Surgery at Northern Westchester Hospital.
