The Walk raises awareness about the importance of breast cancer early detection, and provides funds for breast cancer research, public education, and patient support programs. Guest speakers at the breakfast from Mount Kisco Medical Group included CEO Scott Hayworth, MD, Jonathan Goldberg, MD, Medical Oncologist and Doreen Semel, MS Patient Care Coordinator.
This year, MKMG is honored to participate in the Making Strides Walk as a flagship sponsor for the event. MKMG is proud to actively promote breast cancer awareness and education as well as all women’s health issues. MKMG continues to provide women with personal care in our state of the art facilities.
The Walk will be held on October 19, 2008 at Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY.
Last year, Team MKMG raised in excess of $20,000 for this worthy cause.
